Brief → Support for local authorities in transforming their public spaces in line with the conurbation's new Mobility Plan: urban and landscape design, running co-design workshops with local councillors and teams from the conurbation.

The assignment involves assisting local authorities with a strategic development plan for public spaces, in order to implement the Mobility Plan drawn up for the Epinal conurbation. The study is being carried out at 3 levels: the catchment area, the municipality and the town hall forecourt, the community's centre of gravity.
The aim is both to propose a mobility strategy to ease traffic in the town centre, which is crossed by a busy main road, and also to propose a tactical layout that can be deployed over time to create a genuine central public space, which could be used for gatherings and as the town square, a place to live, creating social links.
