The Holden site is home to buildings dating from the 70s and 80s that house companies belonging to the Auchan group. Three quarters of the site is covered by surface car parks on a hilly topography. The aim of the project is to open up the site to accommodate a new mixed-use district, while maintaining the existing easements and accommodating a training campus.
The development of the Holden site is an opportunity to implement new urban planning based on in-depth knowledge of the soil.
Atelier Soil was in charge of the urban design of the block, the strategy for managing all modes of transport and accessibility to the buildings, as well as drawing up the architectural, urban, landscaping and environmental specifications, and drafting the lot sheets for future project managers.
